SetIQ and Coach's Corner ("the Apps") are operated by Between the Sett ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Information We Collect

Account information

Your name, email address, and password when you create an account.

App data

SetIQ: Team name, age group, skill level, season phase, player names, jersey numbers, positions, skill ratings, session notes, practice plans, and saved drills.

Coach's Corner: Sport, coaching level, daily check-in scores (Energy, Connection, Stress, Passion), journal entries, and wellness trend data.

Usage data

How you interact with the Apps, including features used and session frequency, to help us improve the experience.

Payment information

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number or financial account details on our servers.

How We Use Your Information

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Apps
• Generate AI-powered practice plans, drill recommendations, and wellness responses
• Track player development and coach wellness trends
• Send practice reminders and check-in notifications
• Process subscription payments
• Respond to support requests

Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party for any purpose.

We may share information only with trusted service providers (hosting, payment processing) under strict confidentiality agreements, or if required by law.

Player Data & Children's Privacy

Our Apps are coaching tools designed for adult coaches. In SetIQ, coaches enter player names, positions, and skill ratings for team management. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. All player data is entered and controlled by the coach.

If you believe a child's information has been entered without consent, contact us and we will promptly remove it.

Coach's Corner Wellness Data

All wellness check-in data and journal entries in Coach's Corner are private and never shared. Coach's Corner is a wellness support tool, not a clinical mental health service.

Your Rights

• Access: View all data stored in your account at any time through the App
• Update: Edit or correct any information through settings
• Delete: Request deletion by emailing us — processed within 30 days
• Cancel: Cancel subscriptions anytime through your app store settings

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal information within 30 days, except where required by law.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Apps or by email.
